Payouts
Once your clips are approved and your balance is positive, you can request a payout. Here's the full process from start to finish.
Request a Payout
Head to your Dashboard and look for the Request Payout button near your balance figure. If your pending balance is $0, the button will be grayed out — you need at least some approved earnings before a payout can be processed.
No minimum payout amount
There is no fixed minimum payout amount. As long as your balance is above $0, you can request a payout at any time. This gives you flexibility to withdraw whenever it suits you.
Choose a Contact Channel
After clicking Request Payout, you'll be asked to select a contact channel. This is how Cretoxy will send you payout instructions and confirm your payment details.
Request a payout
From your Dashboard, click the Request Payout button. This is only available when your pending balance is greater than $0 — if your balance is zero, the button will be disabled and you'll see a tooltip explaining why.
What this means for you: You can only request money you've actually earned. No requests go through until clips are approved and your balance reflects real earnings.
Choose a contact channel
Pick how you'd like to receive payout instructions: WhatsApp, Discord, or Email. Each channel opens a different communication path — choose whichever is most convenient for you.
What this means for you: You stay in control of how you communicate. No forced sign-ups for services you don't use.
Complete the payout
Follow the instructions sent through your chosen channel. You'll provide your payment details and confirm the amount. Once verified, the transfer is initiated.
What this means for you: A human verifies every payout, so there's a short processing window before the money lands.
What Each Channel Does
Each channel works slightly differently — pick the one that fits your workflow:
Opens a prefilled chat message with the Cretoxy payout team. Just hit send and they'll guide you through the rest. Ideal if you prefer quick, real-time conversation.
Discord
Directs you to the #payout ticket category in the Cretoxy Discord server. Open a new ticket and a staff member will assist you. Best if you're already active in the community.
Opens a prefilled mailto link addressed to the payout team with your details pre-filled. Good for a paper trail or if you prefer formal communication.
Turnaround Time
After you submit your payout request and payment details, the Cretoxy team reviews and processes the transfer.
Processing time
Payouts are usually processed within 24–48 hours. During high-volume periods, it may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation once the transfer is initiated.

- Wise (TransferWise)
