Account

Go to Settings → Payout Details from your dashboard. You can update your bank account, PayPal address, or other payout information at any time. Changes take effect on your next payout request — pending requests are not affected by updates made after submission.

Most accounts are verified within 24–48 hours. If your verification is taking longer, it may be because additional documentation was requested or there's a high volume of submissions. You'll receive a notification once the review is complete. If it's been more than 3 business days, reach out to support.

Submissions

View thresholds are checked periodically, not in real time. Once your clip crosses the threshold, it enters the review queue. Approval times vary based on campaign volume, but most clips are reviewed within 1–3 business days. You'll see the status change on your dashboard when it happens.

Yes, as long as each campaign allows it and your clip meets the specific requirements of each one. Some campaigns require exclusive clips, so always check the campaign details before submitting. There's no limit to how many campaigns a single clip can be part of — as long as the rules are followed.

No — once a clip is submitted, the link cannot be edited. If you need to change the link, you'll have to withdraw the submission and create a new one. Keep in mind that the view count resets when you resubmit, so make sure your link is correct before hitting submit.

It depends on the reason for rejection. If the clip was rejected for a fixable issue (like a missing watermark or incorrect format), you can resubmit an updated version. If it was rejected for a policy violation (like misleading content or copyright issues), resubmission won't be allowed. Check the rejection reason in your dashboard for details.

Earnings

Earnings are based on the number of views your clip receives multiplied by the campaign's rate per 1,000 views. For example, if a campaign pays $5 per 1k views and your clip gets 10,000 views, you earn $50. Earnings are credited once your clip is approved and the threshold is met.

Pending balance becomes available (moves to your main balance) once your clip is approved and the view threshold has been confirmed. This typically happens within 1–3 business days of crossing the threshold. You'll see the transfer reflected on your dashboard.

Payouts

The minimum payout amount is $10. If your balance is below $10, the payout request button will be disabled. Once your balance reaches or exceeds $10, you can request a payout at any time. There's no maximum limit.

If your clip is removed from the platform after approval (due to a takedown, copyright claim, or policy violation), the associated earnings may be clawed back. You'll receive a notification if this happens. If the clip was taken down through no fault of yours, contact support to discuss your case.
