Glossary

Plain-language definitions for the terms you'll encounter throughout the Cretoxy platform.

Pending Balance
Money you've earned from approved clips that hasn't been transferred to your main balance yet. It's confirmed earnings waiting to become available for payout.
Balance
The amount of money available for immediate payout. This is your pending balance after it has been processed and cleared.
Submission
A clip link you've submitted to a campaign for review. Submissions are tracked, counted for views, and either approved or rejected by the Cretoxy team.
Threshold
The minimum number of views a clip must reach before it qualifies for approval and payout. Each campaign sets its own threshold.
Rate per 1k
How much you earn for every 1,000 views your clip generates. For example, a rate of $5 per 1k means you earn $5 for every 1,000 views.
Campaign Status
The current state of a campaign. Common statuses include Active (open for submissions), Paused (temporarily closed), Completed (no longer accepting clips), and Draft (not yet live).
Verification
The process of confirming your identity and platform accounts. Verification is required before you can request your first payout and helps keep the platform safe.
License Acceptance
Your agreement to the terms that allow Cretoxy and the campaign partner to use, distribute, and promote your submitted clip as part of the campaign.
Payout Request
A formal request to withdraw your available balance. Once submitted, the Cretoxy team reviews and processes the transfer to your chosen payment method.
Contact Channel
The communication method you choose for payout coordination and support. Options typically include email, Discord, or in-app messaging.
