Dashboard
Your Dashboard is the central hub for tracking earnings, viewing submission statuses, and managing your clips. Here's what each section means.
Dashboard Layout
The Dashboard is divided into three main areas: your balance cards at the top, a stats row in the middle, and a submissions table at the bottom.
Balance & Pending Balance
At the top of the Dashboard you'll see two balance figures:
- Balance — the total amount you've earned from approved clips that is ready to be paid out. This is money you can request immediately.
- Pending Balance — earnings from clips that have reached the view threshold but are still awaiting admin review. Once approved, this amount moves into your main balance.
Stats Row
A quick-glance row beneath the balance cards showing your overall performance:
- Total Submissions — every clip you've submitted across all campaigns.
- Approved — clips that passed review and have earned you money.
- Pending — clips awaiting review or still accumulating views.
- Rejected — clips that didn't meet campaign guidelines.
Submissions Table
The table lists every clip you've submitted. Each row shows the clip URL, the campaign it belongs to, the date submitted, current view count, and its status. You can click on any row to see detailed view tracking and earnings for that clip.
Submission Statuses
Every submission progresses through a lifecycle. Here are the possible statuses:
Pending
Your clip has been submitted and is either still accumulating views or waiting in the review queue. No payout has been triggered yet.
Approved
The clip passed admin review and met the view threshold. The earnings have been added to your pending balance.
Rejected
The clip didn't meet the campaign's guidelines — it may be off-brand, low quality, or contain content that violates the rules. Check the rejection reason and resubmit if allowed.
Paid
The earnings from this clip have been included in a completed payout. This is the final status — no further action is needed.
